Terms of Service

Thank you for using wxauto. By using the wxauto website, creating an account, purchasing a digital activation code, or submitting an order for manual services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable services.

1. Operator and Scope of Services

wxauto is a brand and website operated by Dusight LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). The website provides information about wxauto, account functionality, digital activation codes, and optional manual services.

wxauto is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tencent, WeChat, or any of their affiliates. “WeChat” and related trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.

The website may offer open-source software, commercial software features that require an activation code, and manual services. The products, quantities, prices, currency, validity period (if any), and service scope shown on each order page form part of that order.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide registration information that is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must protect your password, one-time verification codes, and other login credentials and must not share them with others. If you discover unauthorized use, contact us promptly at help@wxauto.org.
  • We may verify an email address, restrict access, or suspend an account that appears abnormal when necessary for security, compliance, or fulfillment. Once the legal requirement or risk has been resolved, we will restore service or explain the next steps within a reasonable scope.
  • You must be old enough under applicable law to use the applicable services. Minors must use them with the consent and guidance of a guardian.

3. Digital Activation Codes and Software Licenses

Digital activation codes are used to activate the corresponding product or feature within the scope shown on the order page and in the product documentation. Unless an order says otherwise, activation codes may not be resold, rented, publicly shared, copied, reverse-generated, or used to bypass quantity, device, time, or other technical restrictions.

Activation codes are digital content. Once an activation code has been used, bound to a device, or used to obtain the corresponding rights, it generally no longer qualifies for a refund on the ground that the digital content was unused, except where a refund is required by law. Before purchasing, confirm the product, quantity, platform, and applicable version.

Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to these Terms; this is not a transfer of software ownership. Intellectual property in the software and related documentation belongs to the applicable rights holders. You may use the purchased license in lawful personal or internal commercial settings, but you may not resell or rent the services, provide them to anyone who is not authorized to use them, or use them to infringe the rights of others.

4. Manual Services

Some orders may include optional manual configuration, technical support, or other manual services. The specific content, price, delivery method, and expected scope are determined by the purchase page or by information confirmed by both parties.

A manual service is considered to have started when a staff member actually begins processing the request, provides substantive advice, or delivers the first substantive result. Payment, automatic confirmation, or an administrator merely claiming the service does not by itself mean that the manual service has started. If the required information is incomplete or you are unable to cooperate for an extended period, we may need to pause fulfillment and contact you.

5. Prices, Payment, and Orders

  • The checkout page shows the amount due, currency, selected products or services, and available payment methods. Review this information before submitting payment.
  • Unless the purchase page expressly identifies a subscription, current digital activation-code orders are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Cancellation and refunds for manual services are handled under the Refund Policy.
  • Payment may be processed by Stripe or another payment service provider clearly identified on the checkout page. A payment service provider may process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy; we will not ask you to send a complete card number or security code by email.
  • An order is formed after we receive confirmation from the payment service provider and complete necessary risk-control or inventory checks. Merely opening checkout, generating a QR code, or being redirected to a payment page does not mean that payment has succeeded.
  • For duplicate charges, a payment that succeeded but did not update the order, or another payment issue, retain your payment evidence and contact help@wxauto.org.

6. Lawful Use and Third-Party Platform Rules

You may use wxauto only as permitted by applicable law, software licenses, and third-party platform rules. You may not use wxauto for fraud, harassment, spam, unauthorized data collection, account takeover, distribution of malicious programs, circumvention of access controls, or other unlawful activity.

If your automation involves WeChat or another third-party platform, you are responsible for obtaining any required authorization and complying with its latest rules, interface limits, and user agreement. We do not guarantee that any third-party platform will continue to permit a particular form of automation, and we are not responsible for a third-party platform’s bans, rate limits, interface changes, or service interruptions.

7. Open-Source Projects and Updates

Open-source components are provided under their accompanying open-source licenses; these Terms do not replace or limit those licenses. We may update the website, software, or documentation, including fixing issues, adding features, changing compatibility, or removing features that are no longer supported. An update does not expand the scope of a purchased license unless the order or product documentation expressly says otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Except for third-party and open-source components, rights in the website, brand, design, documentation, and related content belong to us or the applicable rights holders. Without permission, you may not copy, mirror, sell, or use this content in a misleading manner.

Feedback or questions you submit may help us improve the product. You grant us the right to use and improve that feedback without disclosing identifiable personal information; this does not transfer your ownership of independently created content.

9. Service Interruptions, Suspension, and Termination

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and purchased services available, but maintenance, network failures, changes to third-party platforms, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause interruptions. We may suspend an account, activation code, or order suspected of violating these Terms, involving fraud, or threatening security when necessary.

After these Terms end, a license that was granted and has not been lawfully revoked is not automatically expanded merely because a website account is closed. Rights that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rules end to the extent applicable. Termination does not affect payment, refund, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or liability provisions that arose before termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the services will always be error-free, work with every system, or achieve a particular result on a third-party platform.

These Terms do not exclude rights of consumers that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited. Except for those matters that cannot be limited, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for an order will not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.

11. Refunds, Disputes, and Contact

Refund eligibility and procedures are set out in the Refund Policy. If you have questions about an order or service, first contact us at help@wxauto.org; we will handle the matter based on order records and applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. We will update the version and dates on this page when we publish a revised version; where appropriate, we will notify you of material changes through the website or your account email.
