Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Dusight LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information provided or generated when you use the wxauto website, accounts, digital activation codes, and manual services. It does not apply to the independent processing activities of third-party platforms; when you use WeChat, Stripe, or another third-party service, please also read its privacy policy.

1. Information We Process

We process information only to the extent necessary to provide, protect, and improve the services. This may include:

  • Account information: email address, username, account status, email-verification status, password hash, and token records needed for login and password recovery.
  • Order and license information: order number, purchased products or services, quantity, price and currency, internal activation-code identifiers, device identifiers, activation status, refund status, and fulfillment status.
  • Payment information: payment service provider, payment method, payment status, transaction number, payment-intent or checkout-session identifier, refund identifier, and times relevant to reconciliation. We generally do not receive or store a complete card number, security code, or bank-login credentials.
  • Security and technical information: login time, IP address, User-Agent, device and browser information, request results, risk-control signals, audit events, and necessary error logs.
  • Service and communications information: support content you submit, order issues, configuration information needed for manual services, and delivery records. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, or unnecessary sensitive data in these materials.

2. Boundary for Local Automation Data

The wxauto desktop library performs its automation primarily on your own device. Unless you submit it voluntarily, expressly enable a relevant feature, or provide it to handle a support request, our platform does not by default collect your chat content, contacts, group members, or local message database. The third-party WeChat client and data on your local device remain controlled by the relevant platform and device settings.

To troubleshoot an issue, if you voluntarily send logs, screenshots, or exported files to support, we will process those materials for the support request and recommend that you first remove chat content, contacts, tokens, and other unnecessary personal information.

3. Purposes of Processing

We may use information to:

  1. Create and maintain accounts, verify email addresses, and provide login and account-security functions;
  2. Create orders, deliver digital activation codes, record device activation, and provide manual services;
  3. Complete payments, refunds, fraud detection, and financial reconciliation through payment service providers;
  4. Send order notices, security notices, service replies, and product information you request;
  5. Monitor availability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the website, users, and third parties;
  6. Comply with laws, regulatory requirements, legal process, or exercise and protect legal rights; and
  7. Analyze and improve the product after aggregation or de-identification.

4. Processors and Disclosures

To provide the services, we may use service providers where necessary, such as:

  • Vercel and similar hosting, CDN, and infrastructure services;
  • Stripe or other payment service providers shown on the checkout page;
  • Resend and similar transactional email services; and
  • Providers of logging, monitoring, security, customer support, or manual fulfillment services.

These service providers may process relevant information only on our instructions or as part of the independent payment, hosting, or other service they provide, and should apply appropriate security measures. We do not sell your personal information or provide account or order information for a third party’s independent advertising purposes. Where required by law, for corporate transactions, dispute handling, or security protection, we may disclose necessary information to law-enforcement authorities, professional advisers, or relevant parties.

wxauto is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tencent, WeChat, or any of their affiliates. Your use of WeChat does not give us access to account information outside the scope controlled by the WeChat platform; WeChat’s own data practices are governed by its policies.

5. Cross-Border Processing and Retention

We and our service providers may process information outside your country or region. We will take reasonable contractual, technical, or organizational measures to protect cross-border transfers as required by applicable law. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, meet legal and security requirements, or maintain secure backups until they can be safely rotated.

Actual retention periods may differ by data type because of order, tax, fraud-prevention, security-audit, or legal obligations. If you request deletion, we may still retain the minimum records required by law or necessary to protect our rights.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or local storage to maintain login sessions, provide security protections, and save necessary preferences. We do not use non-essential tracking technologies without necessity or a legal basis where required by applicable law. Disabling cookies in your browser may prevent login, checkout, or security features from working properly.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, password hashing, least-privilege practices, and auditing to protect information. No network transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident occurs that legally requires notice, we will provide notice and take remedial measures as required by applicable law.

You should also use a unique and sufficiently strong password, keep your device and browser up to date, and promptly report suspicious login or order activity.

8. Your Choices and Requests

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use help@wxauto.org to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of information about you, or to ask how we process your data. To protect account security, we may require email verification or order information to confirm the requester’s identity.

If you withdraw consent for a processing activity, the withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal and may prevent some features from continuing. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your area.

9. Children and Policy Updates

The services are not designed for children who lack the legal capacity applicable to them. If a guardian believes that a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us through customer support.

We may update this Policy when the product, law, or data processing changes. We will update the version, effective date, and last-updated date at the top of this page; where appropriate, we will notify you of material changes through the website or your account email.
